I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it is shipped.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS and FedEx.

International orders will be shipped depending on the product’s fulfillment center.

Average transit time to the United States: 4 - 9 business days

Average international transit time: 7 - 14 business days
There may be circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that could cause shipping delays. Although most packages will arrive on time, there could be circumstances and delays experienced by shipping carriers that we cannot prevent. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Each item may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product research team takes time to source quality and affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to apply. If the item has already been shipped, please email us. Simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL."
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you misspelled or auto-filled the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship each item with extra padding. Despite this, about 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service. If this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once received, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no extra charge.
